Offbeat Empire LLC (“The Empire“) is committed to making its internet properties, including offbeatwed.com, offbeathome.com, offbeatempire.com, and all other digital platforms operated by The Empire (collectively, the “Sites,” as defined in The Empire’s Terms of Use), usable by the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies.

Ongoing effort. Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a fixed state. The Sites include 20 years of archived content published across many platform generations, and The Empire works to improve the accessibility of both new and existing content over time. This includes efforts such as descriptive alternative text for images, readable heading structures, sufficient color contrast, and keyboard-navigable interfaces on newly developed features.

Third-party content. Portions of the Sites contain content created by third parties, including vendor-authored directory listings, user-submitted content, embedded media, and advertising served by third-party providers. The Empire does not control the accessibility of third-party content and makes no representations regarding it. Third-party content is further addressed in The Empire’s Terms of Use.

Reporting a barrier. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any of the Sites, please let The Empire know through the contact page. Please include the page where you encountered the issue and a brief description of the problem. The Empire will make reasonable efforts to respond and to address reported barriers where feasible.

No guarantee. This policy describes The Empire’s intentions and ongoing efforts. It does not constitute a representation or warranty that the Sites conform to any particular accessibility standard, and it does not create any legal rights or obligations beyond those provided by applicable law.

The Empire reserves the right to revise this policy at any time by posting a revised version to the Sites.
