This policy describes how Offbeat Empire LLC (“The Empire“) uses artificial intelligence tools in the production of its content. It applies to everything The Empire produces, including editorial content published on The Empire’s internet properties (the “Sites,” as defined in The Empire’s Terms of Use), member resources, consulting deliverables, digital products, and communications (collectively, “Empire-Produced Content“).
Use of AI tools. The Empire uses AI tools as part of its production process. These tools may assist with research, analysis, drafting, and editing. The Empire treats AI as an instrument of its editorial process, not a replacement for it.
Human review. All Empire-Produced Content is reviewed and approved by a human before it is published or delivered. The Empire does not publish or deliver fully automated content.
Imagery. The Empire does not present AI-generated imagery as photographs of real weddings or real people. Photographs published on the Sites depicting weddings, couples, and vendors are authentic images provided by the individuals or businesses involved. Where AI-generated imagery is used for illustrative purposes, it is not represented as documentary photography.
Third-party content. This policy applies only to Empire-Produced Content. Content created by third parties, including vendor-authored directory listings, user submissions, and advertising, is the responsibility of its respective author and is governed by The Empire’s Terms of Use.
Changes to tools and practices. AI technology and The Empire’s production practices evolve. The Empire reserves the right to revise this policy at any time by posting a revised version to the Sites.
